Paperless picking and packing
Micronet has developed a sophisticated paperless picking system that enables picking slips to be uploaded automatically to handheld barcode scanning devices for easy and accurate processing. Picking slips can be automatically scheduled to match courier run times, ensuring the effective despatch of warehouse orders. By enabling staff to use RF enabled handheld devices, every warehouse order can be monitored and rescheduled or promoted as required.

Mobile stocktakes
The Mobile Stocktake module provides an efficient and accurate process for managing stocktakes. Errors and costs in a mobile stocktake are greatly reduced while speed and flexibility are significantly improved. Stock inaccuracies are quickly identified and resolved.
Greater flexibility can be achieved with scheduled and rotating stocktakes when stocktake batches are loaded into the RF devices. Alternatively, items or locations can simply be scanned on the fly and then compared to the inventory management system when complete. Both solutions provide an efficient and accurate method of identifying discrepancies.
Stock transfers
These can be automatically created within the Micronet Distribution System and are based on minimum and maximum bin levels. The transfers can be downloaded to your mobile devices on a daily basis to ensure your pick face is always adequately stocked from your bulk store.
Paperless goods receipting
Automate your goods receipts and put-away processes with the Paperless Goods Receipt module. Fully integrated with Micronet’s Purchase Order module, the Paperless Goods Receipting module eliminates receiving errors by matching the receipt of goods through barcodes with the original purchase order details and reporting any variance.

Similar to the Paperless Goods Receipt module, overseas shipments can be tracked from the supplier order into your warehouse and landed costs are automatically updated for any imported inventory. Fully integrated with the Purchase Order module in the Micronet Distribution System, goods receipting errors are minimised and landed costs for imported items are updated more effectively.
Warehouse scheduling
Micronet’s Warehouse Scheduler module is the central hub for controlling, changing and inquiring on the status and progression of warehouse transactions through the paperless process. Easily view and sort orders, transfers, goods receipts, stocktakes and import costing batches in the Warehouse Management system. The streamlined picking processes allow for faster and more flexible inventory movement.
Real-time visibility of inventory movements allows for improved decision making. Warehouse management staff have the tool to make informed decisions that will provide an optimal picking process. From the central console, view how many orders are in a warehouse queue, change the priority levels based on courier run times, or decide if more pickers are required in a warehouse for picking.
